It's really too bad. I would love to sit down and write every night but it's all about priorities, right? A clean house and sleep make the top of my list at nigh and lately there doesn't seem to be any time for much else once the kiddos go down. Although tonight, blogging won out over cleaning. I just can't clean that kitchen, gather up the dirty clothes and diapers, or pick up those toys again today.
I was going to talk about how Andrew has become our little parrot, mimicking all our words and how Jimmy is growing like a weed but Jimmy just started giving me the cue that he's ready for his 3rd dinner. So, I'm out.
I just learned that Dizzy died a few days ago of cancer. For all those from Mesa Arizona you know exactly who I'm talking about but for everyone else this video will give you a glimpse into the life of a man we all loved. You could always count on Dizzy to make you smile as you drove down Main street. Dan and I even had an awesome dance move we learned from that great man. Thank you Dizzy. Your love of God and joy of life was spread far beyond the intersection of Stapley and Main!
I also have to mention all the wonderful women in our ward. Haley and a few others threw me a baby shower a couple months ago. During the party I looked around at all those amazing women and was overwhelmed with gratitude for their friendship and example. They all are at different stages with their families and I just love to sit back and take notes about what their doing and how their doing it so I can do the same with my little family. They all have such positive attitudes about life and motherhood. Oh man I love these women!
- It's a great way to document life (which is passing very quickly)
- It connects me to friends and family who are away and who I miss very much.
- It gets me thinking about life and is a great outlet for those thoughts
- It motivates me to take more pictures and actually do something with them
So away we go!!
